Nicholas is the Chief Executive/Chief Review Officer of the Education Review Office. Nicholas comes to ERO from the Ministry of Social Development. ERO's purpose is to provide assurance to the government about the quality of education in our early childhood services and schools. Our evaluation insights are a catalyst for change so that every child achieves success as a lifelong learner.
Di is currently Deputy Chief Executive Evaluation and Policy. In that role, Di leads the Evaluation Services Unit that produces ERO's national evaluation programme, and provides evaluation and analytical services for ERO projects.
Ro provides leadership and advice to our leadership team regarding ERO’s professional practice. She provides theoretical oversight of methodology and special projects as required. Ro works to advance ERO’s professional evaluation practice and methodology in relation to international and national research and best practice, and to enhance ERO’s profile nationally and internationally as an evaluation agency.
Jeremy oversees ERO’s Corporate Services Unit. He is responsible for the development and maintenance of an efficient and modern infrastructure that supports ERO in achieving its goals.
ERO’s Deputy Chief Review Officers lead staff in their regions to translate ERO’s strategic direction into practical and achievable goals. Each Deputy Chief Review Officer contributes to the collective leadership of the organisation, the development of ERO’s strategy and direction and building the future capability and culture of ERO.
As Deputy Chief Review Officer Northern/Te Tai Raki, Graham manages the northern part of the country.
Lynda is Deputy Chief Review Officer with responsibility for Te Uepū ā-Motu, ERO’s Māori review services, as well as for the newly formed Waikato region.
