Inclusion of Children with Special Needs in Early Childhood Services

This evaluation supports the Government's priority for every child to have the opportunity to participate in early childhood education (ECE).

This report looks at the quality of education for students in Oranga Tamariki Care and Protection and Youth Justice residences and how it can be improved.
