Enquiries, concerns and complaints should be directed through ERO's established contact channels. Social media should not be used to submit formal complaints, report urgent concerns, or seek advice about specific areas.
ERO reserves the right to restrict, report or block accounts that use social media to send abusive, threatening, offensive, unlawful, misleading, irrelevant, political, privacy-breaching or otherwise inappropriate content, and may also hide, remove or report content where needed to maintain a safe and respectful online environment.
