Complying with indoor premises and facilities licensing criteria
When you are planning, designing and building your centre-based education and care service, you have to comply with the:
Resource Management Act 1991
Building Act 2004
any other relevant laws and regulations.
Your premises must also meet the Education Regulations and centre-based service licensing criteria.
