On this page

Criterion GMA301

The following are prominently displayed in any ECE activity room:

  • the service’s current licence certificate; and

  • the name and contact details of a person who parents, whānau and visitors can contact for questions about the service and/or to make a complaint.

Guidance

How to show you are complying

You will need to clearly display your service’s current licence and the name and contact details of the person people can speak to if they have questions or want to make a complaint.

You could display this information in your entrance area or on a noticeboard, so they are prominently displayed.

Prominently displayed means the licence and contact details should be in an obvious and conspicuous place that parents, whānau and visitors can easily see.

When assessing whether you comply with GMA301

We are likely to look at, measure or count

  • Where the service’s current licence is displayed.

  • Where the name and contact details of the person people can contact about the service is displayed.
